Enterprise Maturity Model

A business enterprise is defined by the services or product it offers – it is also enabled and empowered by services that run the back office. To measure the maturity of a business, one must gage the maturity of the individual services that make up the enterprise. For the purposes of the Pragmatica Innovations Service Model (PrISM), our enterprise maturity model (EMM) is focused on the back office services only.

Business Optimization Method

The Business Optimization Method (BOM) is the set of actions to achieve the different levels of enterprise maturity as expressed in the Enterprise Maturity Model (EMM).
